I adored the hotel's location. The view of the balloons at sunrise was amazing. The daily cleaning service was really thorough and kept our room super clean!

The staff arranged an airport shuttle. They also helped book activities for me. The room was spacious and beautiful. The hotel is near the main street with restaurants and shops. This made it very convenient. I especially enjoyed seeing the hot air balloons from the terrace.

The location is perfect. It is very close to local restaurants. Walking to the open air museum is easy. The hotel sits on a hilltop, so I had amazing views of the landscape and the hot air balloons. The service was great! Sema at reception booked everything at better prices than online. The food was great, and the breakfast had a good selection. I really enjoyed the great service, location, food, and value.

The hotel website looked better than the reality. My cave room was very stifling and lacked air conditioning. I needed two fans running all day to make it comfortable. The pool seemed smaller than the pictures showed, and it lacked shade. I also noticed some planters with dead plants, a slight disappointment.

I was disappointed by the persistent sewage smell in the bathroom. It made the room unpleasant. the staff seemed indifferent when i reported the issue, offering no real solution or alternative room. also, the breakfast buffet lacked variety, it became monotonous after a few days.
